Log into your Tycoon Games account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached; items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to be eligible for a refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup through our online portal.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
